Our packaging complies with the requirements of Article 5(4) of the PPWR. The combined concentration of the heavy metals lead, cadmium, mercury, and hexavalent chromium is below the legally permitted limits. Upon request, we can provide the corresponding declarations of conformity.

Depending on the product and its intended application, our packaging products contain a defined proportion of recycled fibres and/or recycled content. We will be pleased to provide you with information on the recycled content of the specific product upon request.

Ja. Alle unsere Produkte sind über Produktionsdaten und Chargen eindeutig rückverfolgbar. Dadurch können wir jederzeit nachvollziehen, wann und aus welchen Rohstoffen eine Verpackung hergestellt wurde.
Yes. All of our packaging products are fully traceable through production records and batch numbers. This enables us to identify at any time when a packaging product was manufactured and which raw materials were used in its production.

Die PPWR sieht zukünftig verschiedene Kennzeichnungspflichten vor. Diese betreffen unter anderem Informationen zur Materialzusammensetzung, zur Entsorgung sowie – je nach Verpackungsart – weitere produktspezifische Angaben. Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung dieser Anforderungen und stellen die erforderlichen Informationen zur Verfügung. Die Verantwortung für die korrekte Kennzeichnung des Endprodukts liegt jedoch grundsätzlich beim Inverkehrbringer.
The PPWR will introduce various labeling requirements in the future. These include, among other things, information on the material composition, disposal instructions and, depending on the type of packaging, additional product-specific information. We support our customers in meeting these requirements by providing the necessary information. However, responsibility for the correct labeling of the final product generally rests with the company placing the product on the market.

Die PPWR sieht Übergangsfristen vor. Verpackungen, die vor dem jeweiligen Stichtag rechtmäßig in Verkehr gebracht wurden, dürfen grundsätzlich weiterhin verwendet werden. Für die Bewertung und den Einsatz vorhandener Lagerbestände ist jedoch der jeweilige Inverkehrbringer verantwortlich. Wir empfehlen, bestehende Bestände frühzeitig zu prüfen und die Umstellung auf PPWR-konforme Verpackungen rechtzeitig zu planen.
The PPWR provides for transitional periods. Packaging products that were lawfully placed on the market before the applicable deadline may generally continue to be used. However, the company placing the product on the market is responsible for assessing and managing existing inventory. We recommend reviewing current stock at an early stage and planning the transition to PPWR-compliant packaging products in a timely manner.

Auf Wunsch stellen wir Ihnen rechtzeitig zum 12.08.2026 sämtliche erforderlichen Nachweise zur Verfügung. Hierzu zählen unter anderem Konformitätserklärungen, Erklärungen zu Schwermetallen und PFAS, Angaben zur Recyclingfähigkeit sowie produktspezifische Informationen zum Rezyklatanteil. Ein Großteil dieser Informationen wird bereits Bestandteil unserer neuen Produktspezifikation sein, die wir Ihnen bis zum Stichtag bereitstellen.
Upon request, we will provide all required documentation in a timely manner by 12 August 2026. This includes, among other things, declarations of conformity, declarations regarding heavy metals and PFAS, information on recyclability, and product-specific information on recycled content. A large proportion of this information will already be included in our new product specification, which will be made available to you by the applicable deadline.
